• Station 4: Air Blast Opening Pouches - Air blast devices fully open the bag, making it ready for filling, even with harder materials.
• Station 5: Filling and Vibrating - Pre-measured cat food is filled into the bag, while gentle vibrations ensure the food settles and the bag remains compact.
• Station 6: Bag Mouth Cleaning - The rotary air blowing or brush cleaning devices remove any particles from the bag mouth, preventing sealing issues.
• Station 7: Shaping and Heat Sealing - The heat sealing device seals the bag, while a sponge air removal device ensures the bag is neat and moisture-protected.
• Station 8: Cold Sealing and Product Output - A final cold seal smooths the seal, ensuring it is flat and wrinkle-free before the bag is conveyed out.
